1. How do I place an order?
Jessyss.com is a user-friendly website that enables safe and easy purchases. Simply click on the product you have selected, choose the size and colour, where necessary, and confirm your choice by clicking the ADD TO CART button. You can continue shopping or finish your purchase by clicking VIEW CART & CHECKOUT, where you can enter the delivery address and choose the mode of payment. Finish by clicking the button PLACE ORDER. At the email address you have provided, you will receive an email with all the information about your order and the delivery of the package. That is all; the items you have ordered will soon be with you.
2. Do I need to register at Jessyss.com to order?
Since jessyss.com has a wide spectrum of customers, you do not need to register as we do not use a limited access website.
3. How do I make the payment?
Jessys.com offers several modes of payment. Whichever type of payment you choose, you will get the items that you have ordered. You can pay by credit card, Paypal or purchase order. Each mode of payment has its advantages – the choice is yours. In short: If you want an easy purchase, choose the credit card payment and pay by MasterCard or Visa. If you already use Paypal and you like its simplicity, choose Paypal. Alternatively, you can pay directly to our bank account and we will send you the receipt on your email address.
4. Is it safe to pay by credit card?
Yes. Jessyss.com is authorised by MasterCard and Visa issuers and enables safe and secure transactions. We follow the PCI DSS Standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), which our bank ABANKA d.d. as the holder and the manager of the payment system, has made possible. As you can see by the signs “Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard secure code” we are authorised by credit card issuers. The connection between your computer and the payment system of the bank is secure; the newest standards of encoding are used.
5. How do I pay by credit card?
When you place an order, you select credit card from different modes of payment and then you type-in your data. The data cannot be seen by an unauthorized person. The payment goes through a secure payment system enabled by MasterCard and Visa credit card issuers. Your credit card details are also hidden to us; we are only informed about the payer and the amount of payment. After you confirm the payment, the credit card issuer effects the transaction to our bank account. Thus, paying by credit card is safe, secure and easy.
6. Who delivers the order and where?
The national postal service company Pošta Slovenije delivers for Jessyss. The packages are delivered to the address you have provided when placing the order. Pošta Slovenije usually delivers packages in the morning. If you are not home at the time of the delivery, a note is left for you and you can pick up your package at the nearest post office.
7. When do I get my order?
We aspire to send the products very quickly. Jessyss sends the packages just one day after the order was placed. It takes 3–7 days for Pošta Slovenije to deliver the package. Keep in mind that there are no deliveries at weekends or on holidays.
8. What are the delivery costs?
The delivery cost is 2.95 eur per package. If the total amount of your order is more than 50 eur, the delivery is free. There are no additional costs, regardless of your choice of payment
9. How do I choose an item?
Searching and choosing the right item on jessyss.com is quick and easy. There are several categories, which help you limit your search (e.g. trousers, jackets, tops etc.). You can also limit your search according to size, colour and price. When you find an item you like, click on it, choose the size and colour (where necessary) and place your order by clicking ADD TO CART and VIEW CART & CHECKOUT buttons. There, your choice is done.
10. How do I choose the right size?
Every item is available in different sizes, usually from the smallest to the largest: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL. If you are not sure which one is right for you, please check the size chart..
How do I know that I will get what I have ordered?
After you place an order, an email with all the information about your order will be sent to the email address you have provided. Make sure that the information is right and we will make sure that you get what you have ordered as soon as possible.
12. What if I do not like the item I have ordered?
Do not worry. If the item you have ordered does not suit you, you can return it. You have to inform us about returning an item at least 14 days after you have received it. First, send us an email about your intention at firstname.lastname@example.org. Then send back the item within 30 days since the day you have sent us an email about returning it. Be careful to return undamaged and unworn items in the original packaging. After we receive the item, we will return your payment or send you another item if that is your wish.
13. Can I exchange an item?
Of course you can. Send your wishes to our email address email@example.com at least 14 days after you have received your order. Be careful to return undamaged and unworn items in the original packaging. As soon as we receive your item, we will send you another one.
14. What are the exchange costs?
The only cost is the postage..
15. What do I do if I believe the item is damaged?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a reasonable solution (exchange the item, return your money).
16. How can I be sure I will get what I have ordered?
We put in all our efforts to answer your demands. After you have placed an order, you will receive an email containing all the information about your order. Please check if it fits your order, as we will prepare the package according to your confirmation. We will carefully inspect the data and make sure to send the right items. If a mistake occurs after all, we will do everything to provide you the with the right items at our expenses.
